Skye developed a three-part blended training program for Abbott. This program included a three-hour elearning component, a forty-five minute multimedia presentation, and a four-hour live workshop. The training was highly interactive and included video role-plays with detailed branching that allowed the participants to practice applying what they learned. Since the program was delivered in three separate components, we tied the entire program together through the use of a mentor character that was present in all phases of the curriculum.
